Sunday saw the U11 Incrediball team finish their season with a hard fought cup final victory at Sutton Valance school. That win completed a league and cup double and an unbeaten season. An Incredible achievement created by working as a squad throughout the summer with 17 different players contributing.

Two years have passed now since we lost a great friend and a great human in Jack Ryan. We gathered to celebrate the man he was and the man he would grow to be.

He is, and always will be, at the heart of this club and the community he helped develop.

“If we all give a little we can raise a lot”

For 123 years, Sissinghurst Cricket Club has been at the heart of our community. Generations have played here, volunteered here, and made memories for life here.

Now it’s our turn to secure its future.

Project Inclusion & Growth 2026 will help us create a club that’s accessible and welcoming for everyone by funding:
• A fully accessible disabled toilet
• Refurbished ladies’ toilets
• An accessible pathway from the car park to the pavilion
•A much-needed storage facility

We need to raise £16,000 to secure the vital matched funding of £15,000 from Sport England and if every club member gave a little we could raise a lot!

It’s a small contribution that really will make a lasting difference for us and future generations.

Our Sissinghurst Cricket Club Family Day was everything cricket is about – our community, fun and bringing people together.

From morning and afternoon matches to a fantastic BBQ, player presentations and the official launch of our fundraising campaign, it was a brilliant day celebrating another incredible season.

A huge thank you to every volunteer who gives their time, energy and passion to make our club what it is and of course all our members and families- quite simply, none of this would be possible without you.

🏏 The countdown is on for Junior Club Day this Sunday! 🏏

Join us this Sunday 5th July as we celebrate another fantastic season of junior cricket at Sissinghurst CC.

It will be a day packed with cricket, BBQ, presentations, plenty of fun and it looks like the weather will be on our side too!

The timings are as follows:
Morning (U7–U11 9:00am–12:30pm)
🏏 Softball tournament with mixed-age teams led by our U11 captains
- BBQ from 12:30pm
- Presentations at 1:00pm

Afternoon (U12–U15 12:00pm–6:00pm)
- BBQ from 12:00pm
- Presentations at 1:00pm
- 10-over hardball tournament with mixed teams of juniors, parents, coaches and seniors, captained by our U15s

It’s the perfect way to round off the season, celebrate everyone’s achievements and enjoy a great day together as a club. 🙌

Please remember to update your availability on Spond so we can finalise teams and catering.
