Well done to all NFKA students today, some brilliant techniques and effort, all of the grading officers were proud of you passing or unsuccessful, you did your best. Make sure you bring water to your classes during hot weather.

Grading day Tomorrow, Walbottle Academy starts at 10am so get there with plenty of water at 9.40pm for a prompt start. Remember if you were not ready your instructor would not have put you into the grading, relax and enjoy yourself, let your skill shine through.

Anyone else compare finance with Cadbury Freddo's. If you put the price of Freddo's up to more than better chocolate bars, sales will go down, if you advertise all the time another supplier of Freddo's your sales will die off and if it's a partner shop, they will get fed up of you taking credit for their work. If your sales have dried up and numbers of customers dying off, giving away free Freddo's will work in the short term, then the crash will come big time. If one of your shops does not make any initial sales, only selling to other shops customers is it really a shop or a leech on others hard work bringing customers to the franchise. If your marketing of Freddo's is fiction show multiple sales, and creative photography, these sales are built on others shop owners efforts and sales customers will go elsewhere. If your lead sale consultants cannot demonstrate the quality of Freddo's without many errors and achieve high rewards without selling any Freddo's, customers see through the poor communication, poor sales techniques, and massaged sale figures.
