WEEKLY PLANNING IMPORTANCE
“Fail to prepare, prepare to fail”
Whether it’s day to day planning by the hour/ checklists/ meal planning for the big food shop.
Without structure for your week, it WILL be a lot more challenging to teach any goal or even hit a “goal progression checkpoint”.
Sunday evening is where I plan out my week (eg: work classes, playlists, training session aims, review the previous weeks daily do’s (steps, water, snack intake, protein intake6.
SECRET: it ain’t gonna be PERFECT all the time. It’s better to be 80% spot on most the time, than perfect all the time (lasting only 1 week).
Map out your week, month… have a plan of action in place, use that as your guide rope.
Then consistency is key 🔑 ✅
