🏁 SILVERSTONE MOTO GP SHOWCASE — RACE REPORT 🏁
After an incredible weekend at Rowrah, we headed south for the FAB Silverstone Moto GP Showcase for a completely new challenge for Logan.
This was Logan’s first time racing in the FAB Paddock on his metrakit and at brand new track, so there was plenty to learn — a new track, new lines, what gears he needs to be in on the Metrakit 50. It was always going to be about learning, adapting and gaining experience.
🔵 AC40 PROS
Race 1 — 6th
Race 2 — 4th 🏁
That second race was a proper fight! 💪🔥 Logan battled hard throughout and managed to fight his way up to 4th, showing just how much he was learning and improving as the weekend went on. He pushed the front end into the first corner so much it vigorously shook underneath him but that didn’t stop him 😬 he battled hard right to the chequered flag despite being one of the tallest and heaviest on the grid.
🟡 METRAKIT 50
Race 1 — 9th
Race 2 — 8th
Again, the results don’t tell the whole story. This was Logan’s first time running the track and racing the Metrakit 50 in this paddock, so every session was another opportunity to learn the circuit, work out the gears and build confidence while learning to race with other kids.
From where he started to where he finished, the progress was clear. 👊
There were no expectations of going straight in and fighting at the front — this weekend was about experience, learning and developing, and Logan did exactly that.
Coming away from Silverstone with new knowledge, more track experience and plenty to take forward is a result in itself. 💙💛
