With the summer timetable in full swing, Tuesday Sisu and Gentle Hatha met on a rising tide with balmy surroundings.

Tuesdays always provide time to concentrate on the coming together of all aspects of practice. It’s a great day to be with us for Sisu sun salutations and peak postures or pursue your postural journey at Gentle Hatha.

Thursday Swimmers’ Yoga will be bringing focused attention to root of movement in water at 7am, followed by free flowing Beach Yoga at 8.45am to suit all levels.

Watching these proud parents on the water at Crail Beach Yoga really resonated as I arrived to meet my Edinburgh marathon runner yesterday 💪

Learn to keep yourself safe and comfortable with acclimatisation, orientation and movement skills that form the basis for independence in the water.

Progress at your own pace, with weekly drop in groups that move with the tide.
