This year will be Darcy’s 4th annual basketball tournament, and we’re reaching out to our community for support to help us continue making it a success.

Over the years, Darcy’s tournament has grown into much more than basketball. It’s become a full-day event that brings families, friends and our wider community together in an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can feel involved, connect, and enjoy the day together.
We would love for you to come along and cast your vote for our project at the TAKE500+ Market Stall event.

A little appreciation post 🥰

Every year, as we come together for this tournament in memory of our beautiful daughter, we are reminded that her legacy is carried not only in the games we play, but in the love and support that surrounds it.

Mum and Dad, your continued support means more to us than words can ever truly express. From sponsoring the match ball, to helping in countless ways in the lead-up, to standing courtside on the day cheering everyone on, you are always there. Your presence brings strength, comfort, and a sense of togetherness that makes this day so much more than just a tournament.

What means the most is not only the love you continue to show for your granddaughter Darcy, but the compassion you show for every family and every little angel whose memory lives on through this event. You honour them all with your kindness, your generosity, and your unwavering support.

Thank you for standing beside us every step of the way. Thank you for helping us keep her memory alive. And thank you for being the incredible parents and grandparents that you are. This day, and everything it represents, would not be the same without you.

Whoop whoop 🙌 well done Team Lurgan Lakers

🏀 What a Game! 🏀

Our home clash against the Newry Eagles had everyone on the edge of their seats! After a nail-biting battle that went into extra time, the Lakers pulled through with an incredible win – 50-48! 🔥

👏 Huge shoutout to the team for their determination and to our amazing supporters for bringing the energy! 💙💛
