Birmingham Black Country Half Marathon

Birmingham Black Country Half Marathon Point to point Half Marathon along the canal towpath from Wolverhampton to Birmingham. Every finisher gets a bespoke medal and a goody bag.

The Birmingham and Black Country Half Marathon is a unique point to point race from Wolverhampton to Brindley Place in Birmingham. The race is set in a time trial format and follows canal towpaths so is completely traffic free. There is also a tunnel to navigate and floating drink stations every 3 miles.

> Find the event and click the Blue Defer button.
> Select next years event
> Pay the deferral / admin fee
> Once complete you can log back out

Need to create a Stuweb account, just use the email address you registered with and create a password, by clicking Forgot password and getting a reset link.

In 2025, instead of celebrating a long, tiring but successful event, we went back out and litter picked the whole course, due to a few unsavoury people, who discarded litter where ever, instead of at the water stations or kept it on them until they finished! Please be respectful and use the bins provided.

If you don't received one by Race day, just come along 30 mins before your allotted time and we can issue a replacement for you.

Please don't message the office to say you haven't had one, as we don't really need to know and we can sort all this out on race day. It just adds to the excitement of the day.

Look out for Rodeos restaurant or the Kitchen Depot, Wolverhampton.
You will see signs around the area as well as other runners.
