Kelsie in yesterday Working on combos and hand speed for there Thai boxing shebsmashed it tbf it's definitely a work out for me doing the pads 🤣🤣 there fitness levels are bang on 💯🙏🥊and if anyone wants some 1to1 lessons inbox me 1 hour 15 pound or ten pound for 30 minutes pad session!!! Plus if you wanted to train with friends or family we can do group sessions please like and share 🙏👌🥊

Good morning we are looking for new Fighters or just ppl who want to keep fit or learn to box 3 lesson a week Tuesday 8/9 Thursday 8/9 on the night and Saturday or Sunday morning 9/10 🥊£100 per month 40 of that money will be to pay for your month at golden gloves so that means you can use the gym when open plus class if there is any space you won't get a better deal then that please inbox me if your Interested please share 🥊🥊
