Another solid week of putting in the work and having a great time doing it.
50 hour working week,
15 hour training week,
4 runs - 38km (including today’s training)
3 strength sessions
2 Hyrox ass kicking sessions
1 massive blood / hormone test day on Monday
Having to rethink and adapt with my new results, which have certainly improved but now come with new challenges.
Training is still going to be on the up,
Miles going up,
Strength going up,
Goal is to be beefy and fast
Into week 25 we go, almost halfway through the year and I don’t intend on slowing down,
This week is going to be MEGA in terms of everything for me and I’m so excited for it!! 😍🙌🏻
