Founded in 1978, the International Eight Meter Association (IEMA) is a class of elegant and very efficient racing yachts.
The Société Nautique de Genève has been selected to organize in July 2022 the 8 Metre Class World Championship.
More than 25 boats from 7 nations along with their crew members (6/7 per yacht) will participate in this week long event
(July 23rd to July 31 st) with daily regattas as well as a comprehensive social programme.
