Southampton FC pre-academy cup with players. Taking part in the invitation only pre-academy cup at Staplewood- the training ground of .
With teams across the south competing, today’s competition provided a great opportunity for the boys to challenge themselves, as well as showcase their ability under the watchful eyes of the Southampton staff in attendance.

Southampton FC Pre-Academy Cup 📣

Tomorrow, we have several Xcel Performance Coaching sides travelling across the Solent to compete in the Southampton FC pre-academy cup! 🏆

Taking place at Staplewood - the training ground for the Saints, our sides will have the chance to test themselves and compete against various other South Coast based teams and clubs ⚽️

We're really looking forward to tomorrow's competition, which will also mark the first time representing Xcel for the majority! 👊

League and Cup Double Winners 2023.
My final game as manager for Gurnard Youth FC. What a way to end. An incredible journey with these boys. I couldn’t be more proud to have worked with them every week, and watch them develop as players and people. 🏆🏆💚

After a successful season with the 14s winning the Isle of Wight league and cup double, I’ve taken on the challenge to take the boys over to compete on the mainland. Excited to get started. ⚽️💙

Starting off my account with a recap of my recent residential training camp in Belek, Turkey.

This has been my first international trip, coaching children in both technical and tactical football sessions, leading them through a fixtures programme, and delivering seminars around principles of play and tactical concepts. All of this, while English not being the player’s first language. This was an incredible experience, that has further progressed my coaching experience and ability.
