Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I’m one of the PTs at Elite 💕

I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a busy mum of three, so I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to juggle family life, work, and still try to prioritise your own health and fitness.

Over the past 3+ years, I’ve been helping women build strength, confidence, and create sustainable routines that fit into their lifestyle. My approach is all about keeping things realistic—no extremes, just consistency, support, and long-term results.

My own journey into fitness has been about finding balance and showing up even when life feels hectic, and that’s exactly what I aim to help my clients do too. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself further, I’m here to support you every step of the way ✨

Lower day with Tanya yesterday 🦵

In just 6 short weeks, Tanya has completely transformed the way she moves in the gym. Her technique has improved massively, she’s confidently lifting heavier, and most importantly she’s seeing a steady downward trend in body weight and body fat % which aligns with her goals.

This is exactly what happens when you show up consistently, trust the process and focus on getting stronger week by week.

So proud of the work she’s putting in inside and outside of the gym 👏 and can’t wait to see how the next 6 weeks look.

Progress isn’t about being perfect, it’s about turning up and getting a little bit better every session.

Lately I’ve been having a real moment with my body and my identity.

I’m trying to navigate losing pregnancy weight while breastfeeding… trying to love my body for what it’s done and continues to do for my babies, while also not fully recognising the person I see in the mirror. And honestly? That’s been harder than I expected.

Because this is my job, it’s easy to assume I’d have it all figured out — consistent training, visible progress, “back on track”. But the reality is very different. I’m still finding my feet in this new normal. More kids. Less time. A breastfed baby who feeds constantly, hates a bottle, and makes being away for long periods pretty much impossible.

Some days it feels like an identity crisis wrapped up in leggings and a frizzy messy bun 😂

So I’m going to start sharing more of my journey on here. Not because I’ve cracked it — but because I haven’t. To keep myself accountable, to be transparent, and to remind anyone reading this that you don’t need to have everything together to make a start.

Progress isn’t linear. Consistency doesn’t always look perfect. Sometimes “showing up” is 20 minutes when you can squeeze it in — and that still counts.

If you’re in a similar place, just know you’re not failing. You’re adapting. And that’s more than enough 🤍
