LJM Junior MMA Academy Tik Tok account, going to start regularly posting clips of training, such as slow technique drills that cover how to defend/attack from scenarios that occur in competition that will then be used in sparring sessions with logged progression achieved by them and to give an overall idea of what future students can expect in a class. Hi folks as you are all aware the students have put in an absolute awesome effort this year.

I want to show a bit of appreciation for the work they have put in so we are going to organise a Christmas day out for them.

Unfortunately with me just starting back to work i am looking for help in fundraising for them in the form of football cards. 40 teams on each card, 2 pound a team, winner gets 40, 40 goes to the kids day out.

We will be Looking at knockhill go karting or paintball if we raise enough funds, if we can’t raise enough for that we’ll go for a meal and a pantomime or something along those lines.

Team bonding that instilled in our kids that this programme is more than an academy, it’s a family.

This programme has been highly recommended and praised by members of the public inside the communities of Fife, all the kids have benefitted from learning martial arts so much that it’s improved their physical and mental health, along with building a resilient mindset that sets them up to deal with any task, phsyical, mental or academical, couldn’t be more happier and proud of all of them than I am right now.

Let's show them that hard work pays off and brings rewards.

Monday to Thursday: 5-5:45 on as usual!
Also added another double session every Saturday:12:30-2pm.

Any parents interested in signing their children up to the team, please get in contact with me! The results speak for themselves through the feedback from parents, the progression from everyone attending is outstanding, they have reached the level to where I’m looking to have them competing in light contact kickboxing and jiu jitsu tournaments, bring your child along and you’ll see a difference in their attitude/behaviour, fitness, their approach to any task through the discipline and resilience instilled in them and their phsyical/mental health.
