Top Tips if you are new to ((BOUNCE))

Arrive at your first class 10 mins early so I can show you the basic moves and make sure you are comfortable.

Start gradually. You might want to begin focusing on your lower half first before adding in your arms. This is so good. All I want is for you to love it and come back.

Keep your knees nice and soft, make sure you can see me, relax and have fun.

Remember it can take some people up to 5 classes to really get to grips with the moves, so keep going, if you love the way our class leaves you feeling when you first come, it only gets BETTER so keep coming and building on your fitness level.

I am here for you, my only job is to guide you through the class to the other side feeling the most amazing version of you. Simple but true. 💗
