There was a LOT of running going on last weekend!

We had men and women’s teams in the Sutton Park 4 and 6 stage relays - a brilliant team event we really enjoy.

Further afield we had red and whites at:

🇮🇪 Belfast Half Marathon
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Cuningar Loop parkrun
🇩🇰 Copenhagen Half Marathon
🇨🇦 Mousette parkrun

Well done, Masseys! 🔴⚪️

☀️ Training this week ☔️

Making the most of the light evenings while we still can 🥲

Our monthly track session returned on Tuesday which runners of all abilities enjoying an Oregon Circuit put on by our coaches.

Wednesday saw our main weekly training session with various groups taking on intervals, hills, or simply getting the miles in.

☀️ Stratford Summer 6 ☀️

The Stratford Summer 6 lived up to its name last night with a very warm evening! Lots of Masseys took on this next race of the Warwickshire Road Race League and their efforts up the hills were rewarded with an ice cream van near the finish.

Well done, Masseys and thank you Stratford upon Avon Athletics Club for a great race

🌒 August Summer Handicap 🌒

Last night saw the next stage of the Summer Handicap Series - lots of Masseys took on a 5k route down (and.. unfortunately.. back up!) the Greenway. And they managed it before the eclipse!

Tough running conditions, well done all!
