The Assault Bike Pro X offers high intensity, low impact cardio training that’s totally scalable to athletes of all skill levels.

The Pro-X has a high contrast LCD screen and Bluetooth & ANT connectivity so you can track workouts on the Assault Fitness app on your preferred smart device. Plus, you can customise your training using one of the seven onboard programming options or the competition mode setting.

💪 BACKING LOCAL BUSINESS IN BALSALL COMMON 💪

Yesterday we were proud to welcome Saquib Bhatti MP for Meriden & Solihull, Richard Holden MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Transport, and local Cllr Heather Delaney to Forged Fitness for a great conversation about local businesses and community impact.

As a new gym in Balsall Common, opening our doors in November, it means a lot to see the support for what we’re building here — a flexible, accessible space that puts the community first. From logo design and app development to flooring, equipment, and lighting, Forged Fitness has been built hands-on from day one.

We’re also proud that our partnerships are with local businesses and professionals, including our Personal Trainers, Physiotherapist, and Reflexologist, ensuring we’re not just supporting fitness, but actively supporting Balsall Common itself.

Small, independent businesses like ours play a vital role in strengthening local communities, and we’re proud to be contributing to that here.
