C.H.A.M.P offers fitness/strength/Self defence and martial arts techniques to people with varying physical skills and abilities.
We adapt exercises and techniques to each person's abilities, personalities, needs, desires and ultimate goals.

We, do not believe in the words "Disabled" or "Disability" We look for, an individuals skill set, mindset, requirements and goals, and see what they are able to do!

Our instructor, has been a wheelchair user since he was 18 months old and he had a strong belief, when he was four years old, when watching a kung fu series, that he would start training in martial arts. He wasn't sure how he would do it, or when, he just had a firm belief that he would!

The mind and brain power, is absolutely incredible! what you think about yourself, what you can think you can do, what you know, you can do, and what you want to do, IS by its very nature, very powerful!

If you believe you can acheive something that you have ALWAYS wanted to achieve, or go somewhere that you have always wanted to go, it WILL happen, if you set your mind on it, never give up on your goals and dreams!

This, in essence, is also what we help our students learn!
