5 sets leg extentions (getting legs warm and blood flowing)

4 sets lying down leg press
4 sets incline leg press
4 sets alternate lunges
4 sets Front squats to finish

3 sets standing calves
3 sets seated calves
3 sets donkey calves all to failure

What a great day at the finals. So pleased to have bagged my second British Title.

Over the moon with my win in the Men’s Over 45’s Bodybuilding class at the A1 Classic. I’ve always competed in the Classic division, so because I’d qualified for the finals in that class last week, I thought I’d have some fun and enter the bodybuilding class and I am so proud to have won it! 🤯

It was such a great show, run so well and they really spoil the competitors, so I’d recommend this show to anyone looking for a great competing experience. My tan was on point too!!!

Thank you to everyone from .fitness who came out to support myself and .coaching, it was awesome to hear your cheers of encouragement. 🙌

Really great weekend a the and so proud of the result. 🏆 It’s been 7 years since I last stepped on stage and since I won my British Title, so I was a little nervous! Nice to know I still have it 💪 Looking forward to the finals.
