Clubbercise Coventry with Mel Easy to-follow dance routines to club anthems from the 90's to today with glow sticks and disco lights. What happens in a Clubbercise class? No heels!

After checking in you can purchase a set of rave re-usable glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options. What should I wear/bring? Just trainers and sportswear/street

wear/fitness clothing… something you can dance/rave in… and make sure you bring some water. Do I need to be an experienced dancer? Having rhythm helps but we deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow so anyone can have a go. Do I need to be fit? A reasonable level of fitness would help but we do teach high and low impact options so our classes are fine if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!

Hey Clubbers, anyone interested in doing another Clubberthon this year? raising money for Breast Cancer. I've just managed to book in a provisional date of Friday 10th July, 7pm to 10 pm at Bedworth Ex-Servicemen's Club, just need to check if this date works with you? It will be a 1 hr 45 minute Clubberthon and raffle, followed by our 10th Year Clubbercise Party with some food and music.

Please let us know if you would like to come and can make this date. I've set up a Poll below on a separate post. All proceeds raised from ticket sales and the raffle will go to 'Breast Cancer'

Clubbercise is a fun easy-to-follow dance workout to club anthems from the '90s to now, usually taken part in a darkened room with disco lights, glow sticks, great music and atmosphere. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Mel P's Keep Fit classes are fun, easy to follow, low impact dance moves, to popular chart music from the 1960s to the present day.
This class is ideal for adults aged 50 or 60 years +

Cost: £5 per person,

Well done Tuesday Clubbers, you were Awesome!
Although it was cooler than last week, it was still muggy and you still had to work hard, so well done all, for going at your own pace, dancing, squatting, jabbing and kicking and releasing those happy hormones, nice one all.

As always a pleasure to see you and dance together. Well done to everyone joining us at the front last night helping to motivate you all and welcome to the newcomers joining us for their first Clubber experience.
