Our very own Forrest Gump, aka Coach Cam, is taking on a Backyard Ultra at Hardwick Hall today!

4.167 miles.
Every hour.
On the hour.
For as long as he can keep going. 😅

Finish the loop, rest for whatever time you’ve got left, then get back on the start line when the next hour begins.

There’s no set finish distance. You just keep going until you can’t complete another lap.

Some goodbyes are definitely harder than others, and this is one of them 💚

After almost 3 years with us, it’s time to say goodbye to Hayley as she moves on from us.

Hayley has been a massive part of FiT365 and has seen so much change over the years. From where we were when she first joined us, to the team, facility and community we have today, she’s been there through a huge part of it.

But more than just being one of our coaches, Hayley has become a proper friend to us and someone we’ve been able to rely on both inside and outside of FiT365.

She’s coached hundreds of our members, been part of countless training sessions with us, RUN CLUB, challenges, events and nights out, and has made a genuine difference to so many people along the way.

We’re really going to miss having her around every day. It genuinely won’t feel the same without her walking through those doors.

Hayley, thank you for everything you’ve given to FiT365 over the last 3 years. We’re incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done and brought to FiT365.

We’re sad to see you go, but really excited to see what comes next for you 💚💚

We’re really looking forward to this one 💪🏼

In October, we’ll be heading down to London with 5 FiT365 teams to take on Battle Cancer Challenge

90 minutes.
Teams of 4.
9 stations.
And all for an incredible cause 💚

It’s going to be a tough one, but more than anything it should be a brilliant day with a big group of FiT365 members all doing it together.

Training, teamwork, a bit of suffering 😂 and hopefully plenty of money raised along the way.

We can’t wait!

We’ve had a brilliant week away, properly switched off, relaxed, ate and drank far too much and enjoyed some much needed family time ☀️

But we’re back now, recharged and ready to get stuck back into FiT365.

Sometimes getting away for a few days is exactly what you need to reset, clear your head and come back with fresh energy.

We’ve got loads we want to work on over the next few months, plenty of ideas and a few changes in the pipeline, and we’re excited to get moving again.

As always, a massive thank you to the team for holding the fort while we were away 💚
