Itβs very tempting, especially in this cold, wet weather to think βoh, iβll just get out thereβ, but to keep yourself in top condition you should actually be making your warm-up longer in the colder months. Some of your warm-up routine can even be done indoors, this important for both your legs and your back.

Keep warm! π₯
Itβs time to invest, base layers are a great way to keep you warm when you are out training. When your workout is done, get some heat packs or wraps to aid your recovery. Long workout in the gym? Hot showers, saunas and jacuzzis should be your last point of call - these will not only relax you but soothe those aches and pains.

Massage Therapy πββοΈ
We believe that this time of year you should be visiting your massage therapist more frequently. Itβs common in winter for old injuries, cramping and muscles to become more difficult to maintain. Even visiting 1-2 times a month can have proven benefits.
