- Banded abductions

Triset (3 exercises back to back):
- Reverse lunges
- Bulgarian split squats
- Weighted leg raises
10 reps x 4 sets of each
Superset (2 exercises back to back):
- Hip thrusts (+ 10secs hold on last rep)
- Single leg hip thrusts
10 reps x 4 sets of each
