lates in Coventry for the past 18 years and is highly qualified with 3 top Pilates training providers in Pilates Beginners to Advanced, Low Back Pain, Pre and Postnatal exercise, Pelvic Floor rehabilitation, Back Pain rehabilitation and Osteoporosis management.. Our award winning studio is a beautiful space to come and unwind, strengthen your body, relieve pain and release tension. We run 28 classes a week, 25 of which are Pilates. We also run a Prenatal Yoga Class and Mum & Baby Massage & Yoga. We have 100's of extremely happy customers who have been with us for many, many years. Please be assured that whichever class you join whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced participant, you will be met with a very warm welcome. You can rest assured that whatever your reason for joining us you will be very well looked after. We also run regular Back Pain, Pelvic Floor, Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Menopausal Pilates and Osteoporosis Workshops. These workshops are a combination of practical and some fabulous informative theory which is also emailed to you and if appropriate video exercises are sent to you so that you can continue to practice at home!

🤔 Why our Memberships are the smartest choice: As you can see above, our 4-Class Pack is moving to a focused 5-week expiry on 1 July to encourage steady attendance.

However, if you stay on any class pack, you will automatically burn through your credits faster whenever a month has 5 weeks. This forces you to crack open a brand-new package early or buy expensive top-up credits just to protect your weekly slot.

Our Committed, Consistent, and Unstoppable monthly memberships completely solve this problem. Whenever a month has 5 weeks, those extra classes are included automatically for free!
To avoid messy mid-month pro-rata payments, we will be officially transitioning clients onto these memberships at the end of June for anyone that is interested, ready for a clean start.

By switching to a membership, your wallet is completely protected, your class cost drops to its absolute lowest, and you unlock 5 weeks of advanced priority booking so you never lose your favourite reformer slot and you can still swap and change classes as needed.

ANY PACKS PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT WILL STILL HAVE THE LONGER USAGE & ARE NOT AFFECTED
