Fun and fantastic martial art classes for children, including Little Dragons for 4 - 9 years old and Urban Dragons for 10 -15 years old. There are classes for Zumbacise, Pilates or Fitness Combat Cardio we have something for all to enjoy in our safe and friendly martial arts club. We pride ourselves on offering a warm and friendly welcome from the moment you enter and currently have over 400 men, women and children just like you training with us.
