A change of pace for the evening MOVE SESSION at
📍Cannon Park

With several members coming off a big weekend of competition, from the Deadly Dozen to the Coventry Half Marathon and Coventry 10K, Coach Owen adjusted the plan to match exactly what the group needed.

Instead of pushing intensity, tonight’s focus was on quality movement, recovery, and keeping everyone moving well. Members teamed up in pairs and worked through 30 minutes of light, steady exercise including dumbbell snatches, box jumps, sit-ups, and plenty of cardio in between.

It’s a great example of what makes our coaching team different. We don’t just deliver the same workout every week. Our coaches get to know our members, understand their goals, listen to feedback, and tailor sessions to suit the people in front of them.
