Great progress being made here by with his groin rehab.
Had a long standing groin issue and continuing to play on it has made it a lot worse!
Heres his first general session in the gym after 4 weeks of playing the foundations and getting his global strength back.
1. Knee extention
2. HS curl
3. Squat
4. Bent over Row
5. Pull ups
First session back, a long way to go but it's good to notice the progress and appreciate where he started.
