This dynamic new fitness training academy in Coventry is a unique concept gym and
approach to fitness that promotes functional strength and fitness people of all abilities. The academy’s primary function is Street Workout and Calisthenics which is rapidly
becoming known world wide as th
e new up and coming sport. The equipment is based on
outdoor area workout parks with pull up bars and parallette and is the only indoor Bar
Park in the UK. The aim is to develop a sense of teamwork between it’s members by setting competitions and events throughout the year. The academy has core aims which centre on their members:
Divert negative street energy to positive athletic energy
To grow the Street workout and Calisthenics sport within the UK
Give the local community a more advanced knowledge of fitness and nutrition
To teach people how to alter a their perspective towards goals and attain them in realistic and manageable time scales
The Central Calisthenics Club has been created to help spread the word on
Street Workout and Calisthenics and teach the next generation of athletes. EOF is Backed by Familia companies and and the UK athletes and teams. The EOF team pride themselves in pushing to become the First Street Workout and Calisthenics Club open to the public and anyone who wants to push to start competing. With great services and facilities, the academy also offers a Physio and Injury Rehab Clinic, Evolution coaches, and an AbShack
Health Bar which as a social area that will offer a
range of healthy beverages and snacks. Opening to the public from 30/11/2014 this fantastic new Academy aims to get the
community into the gym and kids off the street and into the parks, keeping them out
of trouble whilst becoming fit.
