Hi 👋🏼 I'm Emily

I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for health and fitness.

I’ve been involved in sport since I was a teenager, and over the years I’ve developed a love for strength training, running, and functional fitness. For me, exercise is about so much more than looking good—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and confident in everyday life.

I’m passionate about helping people build strength, improve both their physical and mental wellbeing, and create healthy habits that last.
My goal is to help you find time for exercise, enjoy some well-deserved “you” time, and feel your best without fitness becoming another source of stress.

I believe that fitness should enhance your life, not take it over. Together, we’ll build strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle that works for you 😊

I don't normally share things like this about my clients, not because they're not happening, but because I respect that what happens at my private studio stays there 👌🏼

Yet with full permission and maybe some encouragement 🤣 this firecracker is about to hit the big 3️⃣0️⃣ 🩷✨ and deserves to share this with her new confidence and pride about what she has achieved, not just with me in these first 4 weeks but over the past few years loosing an incredible 100lbs!!

No magic, just showing up for herself day in day out, hitting the boring targets and realising you can infact eat some of the stuff you love everyday in a calorie deficit 😉 well bloody done Mica Rose

And yes the picture is me, because people don't arrive at my studio Instagram ready. I prefer my clients with their clothes inside out and holes in their oldest t-shirt because they feel that comfortable with me 🥰
