Congratulations to our U10 Charlie H who opened the batting for Warwickshire vs Staffordshire today and scored his first 50. Eventually out for 60 in a tense final over defeat for the baby Bears. Played, Charlie!

The sun is out which means the return of outdoor training for the Junior Section on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th April:

Thursday - U10 and U11 Hardball (Year 5&6) 5 - 6.30pm
Thursday - U12 Hardball (Year 7) 6.30 - 8pm
Friday - softball 5.30 - 6.30pm
Friday - U13 and U14 (Year 8 & 9) 6.30 - 8pm

Car Park will be busy, so please consider walking if practical or sharing a journey.

Winter Nets start on Feb 1st Finham Park 2 School in Canley. We're delighted to announce that we have three ECB Level 2 coaches secured for the 8 week programme: Will Elvidge (our second XI captain), Ross Warwood and Ben Cox. The structured programme will run from until Sunday 22nd March with session timings:

Softball / Intro to cricket 4:00 – 5:00pm
Year 5 to 7 (U10 - U12) 5:00 – 6:30pm
Year 8 to 11 (U13 – U16) 6:30 – 8:00pm

Each week will focus on a different essential skill to help develop players - including different elements of batting, fielding, bowling and game management.
