Trinity Guild RFC

Trinity Guild RFC Welcome to the page for Trinity Guild RFC. "The Guild" is the oldest amateur club in Cov!

"The Guild" is the oldest amateur club in Coventry, and the second oldest club only to Coventry RFC. The club was founded by young men connected with Holy Trinity Church on February 24th 1899, at the Old Grammar School in Bishop Street. The aim of the club has always been to introduce new players to the game and give as many as possible the opportunity to play at the least expenditure. The name Tr

inity Guild was a happy choice because it echoed that of the famous Guild of Coventry Merchants, founded in 1364

Today, Trinity Guild RFC is affiliated to The Rugby Football Union, Warwickshire R.F.U., Coventry & Mid Warwickshire R.F.C. We play rugby in Midlands 4 West (South) and were Warwickshire 1 Champions 2002/2003

New players are always welcome, please contact the club if you are interested in playing

Past and present members are welcome to contribute to this page and its discussions about the clubs playing history and infamous social activities! Head Quarters and Pavilion
