Our fun, structured Learn to Swim ‘Ducklings’ programme is the perfect opportunity to help your child feel able to cope with day-to-day challenges.

They'll progress from Duckling 1 (first splashes and bubble blowing) to Duckling 4 (jumping in, floating and swimming up to 10 metres).

Every stage is carefully structured to build confidence, independence and essential swimming skills.

This Drowning Prevention Week we wanted to remind you that open water is unsafe for EVERYONE regardless of swimming ability🛟

Before a mate jumps in, messes around with inflatables, or does something risky in open water… speak up.

Here’s the reality:

•You can’t see what’s under the water. Rocks, drops, currents - it’s not worth guessing.
•Cold water hits HARD. Even strong swimmers can panic and lose control.
•Inflatables are not safe in open water. One gust of wind and you’re gone - fast.
•Pressure isn't friendship. Real mates don’t push you into danger.

🎉 Event Spotlight: Cheer City Summer Showdown 2026📣

Recently, the Warwick Sports & Wellness Hub was thrilled to host the Cheer City Summer Showdown, welcoming over 100 teams from across the UK. This vibrant event showcased a range of cheerleading divisions, including U6 to U18, senior elite, university squads, and lyrical performances.

Our state-of-the-art facilities provided the perfect backdrop for athletes to perform at their best, with ample space for spectators to enjoy the high-energy routines. The event was a testament to the spirit and dedication of the cheerleading community.

We're proud to have facilitated such a successful event and look forward to hosting more in the future.
