Good day everyone, hope all of you are having a brilliant week so far! 😄 What better way to spice it up even further than to go for floorball today at 1830hrs in Zone C of the Sports Hub. It is still a taster session so there is no need for any payment! Just remember to book the slot on warwick.ac.uk/sport ! The exec has taken steps to ensure that we are diligently following guidelines and ensuring our safety during the session whilst still having fun 🤗 Do not hesitate to message us to clarify any doubts you may have! We are so excited to announce that Warwick Floorball are going to be running a taster session this Thursday!

Everything is going to run normal as it can be. However, as a society we have implemented guidelines to guarantee and reassure your safety whilst playing. We will brief everyone further before the session starts ✨😊

Where: Warwick Sports Hub, Zone C
When: Thursday, 8th October, 6:30pm

Steps (on a computer)
1. Go to warwick.ac.uk/sport
2. Click “My Account/Book an Activity” on the right hand corner
3. Log in and you will be redirected to Warwick Sport Booking & Activities
4. Search “Floorball Club” in the search box on the top right. It will come up as “Zz Floorball Club”
5. Select the Floorball taster session you want to attend and click book!
6. You’re all set!

Warwick Floorball Club hosted its annual “Old Boys” tournament last weekend, which proved to be a great success amongst both the alumni and the current members of the club. Mixed teams allowed for bonding of its members over the shared passion for the sport.

Goals were scored, stories were told and most importantly a lot of fun was shared over the weekend! We hope to see you all again next year, to bring back old memories and create new ones!

To bring the new term at Warwick in on a high, why not come to one of our FREE Floorball taster sessions this week?

These will both be in ZONE D of the Sports Hub, happening on...

Thursday (9th of Jan) 7pm - 8pm

Saturday (11th of Jan) 5.00pm - 6.30pm

We will provide all equipment needed, so there's no excuse not to give it a go - just come along in some sports clothing and trainers.

Happy Tuesday everyone!

We are two days away from our first official floorball training session, and therefore it is time for you to buy your membership!

There are many benefits to buying membership. For example...

1) you will be able to buzz yourself through the gates at the Sports Hub - very exciting !

2) you can come on our amazing domestic tour to York

and 3) (probably most importantly) you will be able to keep playing floorball !!

SO, how can you buy your shiny new floorball membership?

It's easy - go to our page on the SU website ( HERE: https://www.warwicksu.com/societies-sports/sports-clubs/floorball/?fbclid=IwAR2InuvexS5SGCeX6Mv3JXsyQj2fBlhvlUIpfXJvOXBdpG7GNfrbB7wCsmg) and add the standard membership, sports federation, and club pass to your basket. Once you've paid for these, you are ready to go !

*FINAL TASTER SESSION REMINDER*

This is a reminder that today is our FINAL floorball taster session, so come to Zone D in the Sports Hub at 4pm today to check it out ! Even if you haven't been to any other sessions, you are more than welcome to come along today :)

If you've been to a taster session and you liked what you saw, please go ahead and buy your membership now! Since this is our last taster session today, unfortunately you will not be able to come to any more training sessions unless you do this. All the info about getting membership is on the SU website here: https://www.warwicksu.com/societies-sports/sports-clubs/floorball/

(It will cost £6 as a student, plus the Sports Federation membership (£32) and the Club Pass On Campus membership (£56.50).)

In summary, come to Zone D today at 4pm to play some more floorball!
