❗️Gymshark 66 ❗️
I have spent the last 2 years as a s&c coach watching my clients and patients thrive through exercise and it has been so rewarding watching their progress.
However I did this at a cost of neglecting my own exercise habits. During uni I was exercising every day and fell in love with the gym but once I started working in the nhs I struggled for time and motivation after a long day and, due to laziness, I just kept saying one day I’ll get back to it!
Well I guess there’s no better time than a new year! So here’s to Gymshark 66. 66 days to make new habits that will give me the kickstart to get back into my own fitness, which will motivate me even more with my own clients!
