We’re looking for players aged U7s–U15s to join the Old Coventrians RFC Mini & Junior Rugby family!
Whether you’re brand new to rugby or already love the game, all abilities are welcome. Come along, get stuck in, make some great mates and develop your skills in a friendly, supportive environment.

Training:
Wednesdays – U7-U12: 6–7pm | U13+: 6:30–7:30pm
Sundays – Home games & training, 11am (meet 10:30am)

Mini & Junior Rugby is Back at Old Coventrians RFC!

The children enjoyed another preseason training session yesterday and were back again on Sunday, excited to welcome all our Mini & Junior players both returning and brand new.

- Sunday 6th September
- Start time: 11am
- Old Coventrians RFC, Tile Hill Lane, Coventry

We offer rugby for children from age 6 upwards, new players are always welcome to come down and get involved!

Rugby, a water slide, a water fight and a partial solar eclipse.
Wednesday night at Old Coventrians had it all!
The water fight was exactly what was needed to cool everyone down.
The kids had a great time getting soaked and having a laugh together.
And then came something a little different… a partial solar eclipse!
It’s not every day you get to see one, and it was brilliant watching the kids and adults get excited about it. Some children had even made their own viewing devices and brought them along, while others came with special eclipse glasses.
It was great to see the effort they’d put into making their viewers and the excitement as they shared them with each other.
Nights like this are a great reminder that OCs is about more than just rugby. It’s about having fun, making friends and making memories together.
We’re always looking for new players in all age groups, so if your child wants to give rugby a go, come along and join us!

A huge congratulations to our Mini’s player Mark, who recently had the honour of representing Great Britain in U12 Baseball at the WBSC U-12 European Championship in France.

Mark, who plays baseball for the Birmingham Goats, earned his place in the GB squad through his hard work, dedication and talent. During the tournament he faced some of Europe's strongest teams, taking on Spain, France, Czechia and Germany while proudly wearing the GB jersey.

It's fantastic to see one of our own achieving success on the international stage while continuing to be a valued member of the OCs family.

Representing your country is something very few young sportspeople get the chance to do, and it's an achievement Mark should be incredibly proud of, everyone at OCs is proud of Mark!

Everyone at Old Coventrians congratulates Mark on this fantastic milestone. We hope he had an unforgettable experience in France and look forward to seeing what he achieves next both in a Birmingham Goats baseball shirt and an OCs rugby shirt.

We love celebrating our young players' achievements, and this one is really special!

A massive congratulations to Olly, one of our Mini’s players, who has won the Warwickshire Tennis U14 Play Your Way to Wimbledon finals and is now off to the National Finals at Wimbledon this August!

This is an incredible achievement for someone who's only 10 years old.

We know how much hard work, dedication and determination Olly puts into everything he does, whether it's on the rugby pitch or the tennis court, and we couldn't be prouder to have him as part of the OCs family.
Best of luck at Wimbledon, Olly – everyone at OCs will be cheering for you.
