A quick reminder as we push toward the next grading: training in the gym isn’t enough. If you’re not putting in the work at home stretching, refining your technique, and staying sharp don’t expect to pass.

Shoutout to everyone who dug deep and worked hard tonight, especially the white belt grades setting the standard. Let’s keep this momentum going!

A huge thank you to Kat’s mum over at Jacqui's Cabin! She made these amazing custom belt keyrings for myself and Master Tony Chambers. As he's the DON at NTC COV, I just had to get one made for him too!

Honestly, no matter who you are or what rank or belt color you wear, she’ll make whatever you need. The quality and detail are absolutely beautiful. 🥋🔥

Good session tonight! Worked on driving the stab to lure a counter back kick and focused on foot placement. We also played some reaction games, though everyone looked like they were on 'granny time'! 🤣🥋
