We are a small, traditional, shotokan based karate class who train Thursday nights from 19:00 to 20:00, and are looking for new students.

We welcome anyone from beginner to black belt - all we ask is that you have an open mind and desire to learn 😁

Enjoyable class tonight - bit of impact work with the new strike shields to warm up 👊 Then kata with tekki shodan and nidan for the higher grades. Finished up with using elements of tekki on the pads, working on heavy hands and 'married' hands.
So much to explore with tekki - this could be the class focus for many more weeks!
