Back bends start this April !!! Who’s excited!!!

£25 for 5 weeks or
if you do both online splits and back bends it’s a joint cost of £40
Running Sundays 3pm just need a device to connect to zoom and you can do it from where ever you like

Don’t forget we also do splits on Sundays again it’s £25 for April it’s 5weeks or joint with back bends £40 and the progress is incredible ask anyone which has taken part

As a Personal trainer and a mother I know exactly how important a breakfast is to everyone especially children and I’m very fortunate to be able to supply my children with this basic need but with the climate now many can not… now I know the children’s school charter academy have been giving out bagels out to every child every morning which has helped them massively especially those which do not get breakfast I mean can you imagine having dinner at 5pm going to bed and not eating again until 12 noon now imagine a small child in reception or year six right now u understand so having that small bagel stops them feeling hungry so they can learn and this isn’t a dig at the parents no this is life for a lot of families all over currently
The school have been using their government budget for this basic need for many children and unfortunately it can not continue as their supplier has ended and they can not fund this anymore and if they was to go to the shops it would be around £100 a week now I’m happy to put my hand in my pocket and help and support the school and community but I know I can not afford to do that each week for the year so I’m asking all my business owners or flush friends to help if you would like to support the school you will obviously doing the right thing but they will mention u in their newsletters and if you want to hand out flyers they will also do this and help advertise your business within reason (come on they can’t send the kids home with my stripper card can they but I’m ok with that -did you think I wasn’t gonna have something to lighten the mood )
So if you want to do a donation or think you can support them each month and help fund their breakfast bagels please give them a call and you can speak to Mrs Morris also if anyone knows anywhere which can supply around 80-100 bagels a day 400 a week they have freezers oh and don’t worry I won’t be shy I will tag as many as I can in the comments and if you can share share share please
(And yes I don’t like a lot of things and no I don’t speak to a lot of people but I do have a very very small heart somewhere and I hate to think of little children going without )

So for all which have been unaware last year I was on hold because i extended my family
Little Arthur joined us on 23 th November I wasn’t able to physically do much however planned many things for my return
So from mid to end jan I will be opening
online hiit
stretch and flexility and
body weighted conditioning
These will be weekly via zoom and your own home
I’ve also looked to open my diary for new clients again working from your own home (I free lance and come to you )
And I have also returned to pole and hoop privates (held at pole elevation) these can be one to one or two to one or groups
I will also be returning to classes in feb at pole elevation
I will be posting price listing very soon !

How exciting !!!!
It’s absolutely amazing news we have worked so very hard to be a family and we just keep growing! So far we have out grow rooms and now we are entering a second venue for the new year I couldn’t be more proud of Amanda James for giving us so much time and a safe place to train and be ourselves and now I would like to ask all my friends share this so we can reach more people and hopefully grow our family some more
I for one can not wait to return to teaching after maternity leave (still hiding In the background ) but can’t wait to be reunited with friends instructors and students old faces and new
So please don’t hesitate get yourself booked onto to our taster session and invite lots of people and see what Pole Elevation is all about

We are holding 2 pole taster sessions for brand new beginners on Saturday 3rd December 12-1 and 1-2 with the hope of starting new classes in January.
Interested students will be able to sign up at the taster session and secure spaces for January.
