First Game of the 25/26 Season vs. Bedworth Utd

The game kicked off with both teams battling hard in the first half. Chaps created chances but couldnโ€™t quite find the breakthrough and caught offside a fair few times.

In the second half, the deadlock was broken when Jamail finished clinically to make it 1-0. The boys kept possession well, with Yousaf finding Riley, who was fouled about 20 yards out. Riley stepped up for the free kick and curled it into the top corner โ€” a stunning strike for 2-0.

Bedworth responded quickly, earning a penalty. Levi saved brilliantly, but the rebound fell kindly for their striker who slotted it home, pulling it back to 2-1.

Chaps settled again, moving the ball sharply with good link-up play. Finn to Logan, then Jaydon to Jack, which led to another attack finished off by Jamail for his second โ€” 3-1.

Bedworth didnt stop attacking, grabbing another to make it 3-2.

The boys lifted the tempo once more, with a fine team move involving Zayn, Mo, Jaydon, DJ, and finally Daniel, who finished superbly to restore the two-goal cushion at 4-2.

With Bedworth defending bravely and clearing efforts off the line, Chaps kept pushing. Late on, Jamail was played through and made no mistake, completing his hat-trick and sealing a 5-2 victory.

Chapelfields colts U11s Tier 1 side Current school year 6 are looking for a few extra players to join our team ready for next season, we are currently playing in Coventry & Warwickshire.

We know this team very well - 75% of the team are already enrolled on our programme and we know first hand what a talented bunch of individuals they are!
