Over 15lbs down for the man
Marc had been training for a few years on and off prior to coming onboard for online coaching. From following a standard “bro split,” I looked to completely transform this so that we were hitting all muscle groups at least twice per week, with higher volume placed around the upper body.
We also implemented a structured meal plan as Marc’s knowledge around nutrition was lacking, this looked to not only educate him and improve his knowledge around nutrition, but to also ensure that he was having good structure to his meals, whilst catering to the goal at hand.
Marc checked in with me every week and I could see we were getting better and better, both visually and also from a mindset perspective. Marc came to me initially with very poor sleeping habits but we have done a full circle on this to the point where sleep is the best it’s ever been, which has only allowed us to make more progress in this fat loss phase. Training has also improved massively from regular form feedback and also by jumping into 1-1 sessions, and overall I can truly see Marc’s confidence growing.
Marc has a pretty hectic life working two jobs so we’ve had to adjust things accordingly, however he has still been able to execute everything I asked and the hard work has paid off.
Sounds cliche but it all comes down to how bad do you want it.
