Great classes this morning at our beautiful new venue, Rebel Wellness Hub in Earlsdon.
Beginning with Tai Chi at 9.30, followed by 'Mind, Body, Breath' mindfulness and breathwork class at 11am.
I love the energy at this new site, and looking forward to holding space here!!
With beginners Tai Chi also here on Friday mornings, and on Tuesdays at our other nearby venue 'Serenity Space' we've got plenty going on in the Earlsdon area!

Winding down this week for Easter, where we'll be closed Fri-Mon.
Other than that, all classes full steam ahead!

We've got Kali, Silat and Tai Chi tonight, Jeet Kune Do on Tuesday, Foundation classes on Wednesday, and more JKD Thursday!

Not to mention my daytime Tai Chi classes at the new Rebel Wellness Hub venue in Earlsdon,

We've got loads going on to keep both kids and adults engaged over Easter!!

On Sunday 14th April, I will be running a joint workshop alongside my good friend Mitch at Serenity Space, combining aspects of Tai Chi, Qigong and breathwork. You will be introduced to Tai Chi dynamics and principles with detail towards efficient body mechanics and breathwork. Mitch intends to share with you awareness and visualisation techniques in combination with 5 element meditations.

The workshop will run 13.00 – 16.30 Sunday 14th April, refreshments will be provided. It is £35.00 for the workshop, and you can book your place by messaging me on WhatsApp or emailing me.

Our Earlsdon classes are moving!!

As of next Wednesday, both of the Tai Chi classes, as well as 'Mind, Body, Breath' will be relocating to our new venue, Rebel Wellness Hub, on Kensington Road, Earlsdon.

My Tuesday class at Serenity Space will remain the same.... Meaning that all classes are now nice and easy to access for all residents of Earlsdon.

I'd like to thank Lucy Winter for all of her exemplary work at Earlsdon Carnegie Community Library and for all of her hard work in the wider community. We wish her all the best for future endeavours, she will be missed greatly!

So as of next week, Earlsdon classes will be as follows...

Tuesdays at 12pm - Beginners Tai Chi at Serenity Space

Wednesdays at 9.30am - Intermediate Tai Chi at Rebel Wellness Hub

Wednesdays at 11am - Mind, Body, Breath at Rebel Wellness Hub

Fridays at 10.30am - Beginners Tai Chi at Rebel Wellness Hub

Really looking forwards to our Mind, Body, Breath class on Wednesday! It's completely free to attend and there's no need to book.

The session combines gentle stretches, meditation and breathwork which really helps to improve your mental clarity and leaves you feeling far less stressed and anxious. We've had some wonderful feedback from our regular attendees!
