Huge shoutout to this trainee 👏

He started with absolutely zero gym experience and one goal: to build a physique he could genuinely feel proud of.

Since starting, he’s dropped 5kg of body fat while building noticeable upper body muscle and confidence along the way.

Some advice if you're looking at getting an online coach.

Check that you are actually being coached by THE coach you have been inspired by.

Most real 'coaches' are s**t at marketing and 'influencing' because it feels cringe and honestly there's no trainee value in it.

If their page is full of just them with their top off... they ain't coaching much!

Do they actually talk to you? Or is it just before and afters? The best coaches I have met have an excellent balance of fun, advice and progress posts.

Choose wisely.

Popular and cheap does not always mean value.

As the Ultra Running takes a back seat the focus shifts to lifting again.
