✨ I am obsessed with my new Luxe Collection... and I can't believe it's finally here.

This isn't just a new product launch, it's a dream that has been many years in the making.

As a young girl, I spent most weekends travelling across Yorkshire, standing alongside my Dad on market stalls, sharing and promoting essential oils. They are some of my happiest childhood memories. Looking back, I realise I had the most incredible teacher. Although I didn't know it then, my Dad was teaching me about the power of nature, the beauty of aromatherapy, and how essential oils can become meaningful rituals that support our everyday wellbeing.

Those moments stayed with me, and essential oils have been part of my life ever since.

Congratulations to our newly qualified International Yoga Teachers 💫💫

After 10 months of dedication, commitment and over 300 hours of training, it is with overwhelming gratitude, pride and joy that I can officially certify this incredible group of beautiful ladies as fully qualified International Yoga Teachers.

This weekend has been so much more than passing assessments and receiving certificates. It has been filled with laughter, tears of joy, heartfelt hugs, profound moments and memories that I know I will treasure forever. Sharing these special moments in time with each of you has been an absolute privilege.

Watching you grow over these past 10 months has been nothing short of inspiring. This journey has challenged you physically, mentally and emotionally, yet every one of you has shown unwavering determination, resilience, passion and strength. You have supported one another, believed in yourselves, trusted and embraced this journey wholeheartedly, and become exceptional yoga teachers 💛

Thank you for trusting me to guide and facilitate this journey. Being part of your transformation has been one of the greatest honours of my career. You have each left a lasting imprint on my heart, and I feel incredibly blessed to have shared this journey with you.

✨ This evening's sunshine poured into the studio, filling every corner with golden light and a deep sense of abundance.

As I set up the mats and props for practice, the reflections dancing across the room felt like a quiet reminder of how far this journey has come.

Building this space has been a labour of love, an unfolding vision created with the hope of bringing people together to move, breathe, connect, and simply be.

Standing here tonight, watching the sunlight radiate through the studio, I felt immense gratitude for everyone who has supported, encouraged, and shared in this dream.

There is something so very special about preparing the space before everyone arrives, a moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate the community that continues to grow within these beautiful walls.

Looking forward to welcoming everyone to the studio to share this magical energy together. ☀️✨🙏
