15 WEEKS. 4 STONE LOST.
Katie Johnson nearly didn't walk through the studio doors.
She was incredibly anxious, apprehensive about starting, and had completely lost belief in herself. In many ways, just turning up for that first session was one of the biggest victories she's had.
What inspired her to take that step?
Seeing what was possible through Alice Wilson's journey. Alice has trained with me for years, and Katie saw that change was achievable for someone just like her.
When Katie started with me, she was bordering on being pre-diabetic, her confidence was at rock bottom and years of habits had left her disconnected from what she was eating and how it was affecting her health.
My goal wasn't just to help her lose weight.
My goal was to help her rebuild belief in herself.
Together, we set about a complete overhaul of her lifestyle. Not through fads, quick fixes, or extremes, but through structure, accountability, education, and consistency.
One of the tools I use with all of my clients is food photo accountability. Every meal, every choice, every day. It creates awareness, ownership, and honest conversations. Katie embraced the process fully, and that's been a huge part of her success.
The results so far have been incredible:
•19st 5lb down to 15st 5lb
•4 stone lost in just 15 weeks
•From a size 24 and already approaching a size 16
•Increased confidence
•A completely different outlook on life
As proud as I am of Katie and as much as this deserves celebrating, I genuinely believe we're only halfway through what she's capable of achieving.
The weight loss is impressive but the person she's becoming is what excites me most.
She's got a huge milestone ahead too, Japan in 9 weeks' time. And if she continues to apply the same commitment, trust and consistency she's shown so far, I think we'll see even more incredible progress before she boards that plane.
The reason my clients don't just lose weight, but keep it off and maintain their health is because we build genuine relationships. There has to be trust. There has to be honesty. There has to be accountability.
Katie trusted the process when it would have been easier not to.
And now she's seeing exactly what can happen when you do.
I'm incredibly proud of you, Katie.
Now let's keep going.
