The program STARTS WITH A 90-MINUTE STRENGTH TESTING SESSION using the VALD Dynamo system, the gold standard for assessing strength, mobility, and muscular imbalances.
This is 90 minutes of expert testing and feedback which will provide you with personalised results and a roadmap to better strength.
From there you will have the option to move onto our 12-session small group course, where you'll train in a small, friendly, supportive environment with expert coaching tailored to your needs.
Finally, 12 weeks later a Re-test will be undertaken to see your progress!
All this takes place in a private gym and only limited spaces available. This certainly not a bootcamp, it is a professional, personalised strength program designed to help you move, feel, and live better.
