My personal training mission is to share all of the knowledge and practical application of training I have gained over the last 20 years with you to help you become the best version of yourself. This is what I do and this is who I am. Since beginning my career in the fitness industry, one consistent theme has remained in my approach and that is my desire to help others. Doing this has meant I have

had to continually develop my own ongoing education and experience so in turn I may continue to deliver the best possible advice to help others achieve success. The body and mind can be very complex and everybody is unique, this is why treating everyone as an individual is at the heart of my approach. Reaching physical and mental contentment isn’t always easy. However with the correct application of consistent and regular training, a realistic and sound approach to nutrition, fused with appropriate recovery methods and a balanced approach to managing your lifestyle, I can help you. You don’t need a special tea.
You don’t need a juice cleanse.
You don’t need a “detox” programme.

You have a liver.
You have kidneys.
You have lungs.
You have a digestive system.

That’s what they’re designed to do.

The real question isn’t how to detox your body, it’s how to support the systems that already do it through your lifestyle choices….

Sleep well.
Stay hydrated.
Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Exercise regularly.
Manage stress.

It’s not glamorous, it’s not cool, & it doesn’t sell, but it works.

True, lasting results come from doing the basics consistently, not from looking for shortcuts.

You’re doing everything right—eating ‘clean’, hitting the gym, cutting out the junk… but the scale won’t budge.

It’s exhausting. It’s demotivating. It’s frustrating…

And it makes you wonder, what’s the point?

Here’s the hard truth: You might be making mistakes without even realizing it.

1️⃣You’re Overeating Without Knowing It – A handful of nuts, an extra drizzle of dressing, or even “healthy” snacks can quietly push you out of a calorie deficit.

If you’re not accurately tracking, you’re guessing.

2️⃣You view your training as calorie burning- the harsh reality is that exercise only burns between 5-10% of your daily calories. Training is for performance not fat loss.

3️⃣You’re Letting Stress Control You – Long days, endless to-do lists, and emotional eating habits are all standing in your way.

4️⃣You’re Ignoring Sleep – if you are running on 5-6 hours a night, your hormones are working against you.

Poor sleep = increased cravings and a slower metabolism.
