Looking for a way to blast away stress, burn calories, and laugh until your stomach hurts? Zumba with Jo and John is your ultimate twice-weekly dose of high-energy music, awesome moves, and pure joy.

Zumba is basically a dance party disguised as a workout. You don’t need to be a professional dancer—you just need to move your feet, smile, and let the rhythm take over. It’s impossible to leave a Zumba class in a bad mood!

We have decided to close the Monday Zumba class for summer half term 12th, 19th, and 26 August, and we will be back on Monday 2nd September as lots of people are away on holiday.

Thursday class will continue throughout August as long as the numbers are not too low.
