🟣Cotgrave U14 Girls travelled to Mansfield yesterday to take part in a very competitive end of season tournament. Despite being placed in a group with 3 excellent Division one sides, the girls acquitted themselves brilliantly and improved with every game they played. The highlight of the day was a brilliant draw against Stanton Ilkeston, a remarkable effort considering there are three divisions between the two teams and Cotgrave were without their regular goalkeeper. Another well fought draw in the silver cup semi final lead to a penalty shootout defeat but all in all a very happy group of girls who did themselves and the club proud.🔵

What a weekend in Filey for Cotgrave FC!

We’re incredibly proud of all our teams who represented the club so well—reaching semi-finals, finals, and even lifting the Filey Cup!

A huge congratulations to our U8 Blue team, who were crowned Filey Cup champions, and to our U8 Claret team for winning the Fair Play Award—a fantastic achievement that reflects the spirit of our club.

Well done to every player, coach, and supporter who made this weekend one to remember!
