Although we have been retailing online since the year 2000, we have always been very much focused on in-store service so we admit that we have never been an E-commerce leader; but with the launch of this website we have decided to carry across everything we have learnt about selling shoes and our customer service heritage to the online environment and invest a lot more into serving our website customers better. Our aim is to become the UK's number 1 specialist sports retailer at both in-store and online customer service within the next ten years.
