A huge thank you to all my amazing ladies for your hard work, commitment and support. It really does mean the world to me.

We'll be back on Monday 17th August, ready to build strength, confidence and continue growing our amazing community.

Today we celebrate every kind of mum who shows strength in her own way.

To the mums lifting toddlers like tiny kettlebells.

To the mums finding time for a workout between school runs and snack duty.

To the stepmums, angel mums, grandmothers, foster mums, fur baby mums, and adoptive mums who love fiercely.

To the single mums doing the work of many.To the mums-to-be preparing for the greatest marathon of all.

To the mums who train not just for themselves, but to set an example for the little eyes watching.

Strength isn’t just measured in reps and sets. It’s measured in patience, resilience, love, and the courage to keep going.

Every bubble is a little pocket of pressure. Ignore it and it just sits there. Face it and POP… release, progress, relief.

At Brave Fitness, we see it every day.
