This is Free membership that can be added onto your account giving you discount on activities that we run at the leisure centre. Perfect for the Easter holidays to save some money! This is applicable for Adult, senior and Junior memberships.

What's to look forward to?

🤸 Drop in any time to chat about health and physical activity
ℹ️ Pick up leaflets and posters which give you more information about activities, opportunities and campaigns. This includes the attached activity timetable for St. Austell and the Clays
🏓Table tennis taster session between 10am-11am
🫀 Health coach workshop 11am-11.45am and another later in the afternoon

🧑‍⚕️'I'm In' campaign talk 2pm-2.15pm
🏋️ The centre team will be supporting with supervised gym tours for small groups throughout the day.

Swim School Reminder 📢

As part of Drowning Prevention Week, all swim school children will be asked to wear clothing over their usual swimwear during their lesson.

What to wear:

✅ Pre-School and Foundation (Red, Amber, Green): A t-shirt over swimwear (please do not wear a rash vest).
✅ Development and Academy: Long pyjamas or similar clothing over swimwear.

Swimming in clothing feels very different to swimming in swimwear. This session will help children experience how clothing affects movement in the water and practise important self-rescue skills in a safe, supervised environment.

While this is already included within the Silver, Gold and Academy award criteria, Drowning Prevention Week provides a great opportunity for all swimmers to develop these valuable water safety skills
